Brandon is a principal partner and serves as managing broker for Pointe South. Under his leadership, the brokerage office has successfully facilitated more than 500 transactions valued at over 1.5 billion dollars in the last three years. Additionally, through targeted recruiting efforts, Mr. Thacker has doubled the agent count for the firm over the same period. In his capacity, he also serves as the broker of record for over 50 agents in Georgia and Florida.

Brandon graduated from the University of Georgia in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He obtained his Georgia real estate license in 2004 and has spent the last 20 plus years in the industry facilitating thousands of transactions.

Brandon is active in the firm’s recognized agent training and development programs, where he regularly facilitates their training classes. He has successfully recruited, trained and coached multiple million-dollar performers.
