Over a 16-year span, Will successfully built and operated multiple high-performing Firehouse Subs locations. His talent for developing strong teams, streamlining operations, and delivering consistent customer satisfaction has given him firsthand insight into what it takes to build and scale a sustainable business.

In 2015, Will expanded into financial services, sharpening his skills in financial planning and analysis—skills that would become critical in future ventures. As Controller for Prim Industrial Contractors, Inc. , he streamlined financial operations and helped position the company for long-term profitability. Simultaneously, he led operations as Managing Member of PIC Disposal LLC, where he oversaw strategic growth and daily management.
