Nick is a Land Specialist and Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Pointe South, where he combines deep-rooted personal experience with professional expertise to help clients navigate land sales, acquisitions, and development opportunities throughout Middle Georgia.

Raised with a love for the outdoors, Nick’s passion for hunting, fishing, and farming was instilled in him by his father and two grandfathers. That early connection to the land grew into a lifelong commitment to conservation and land management. After earning his degree from Georgia Southern University, Nick launched his career in the environmental remediation and land development industries, gaining valuable insight into how land can be shaped, preserved, and maximized for long-term value.

In 2019, Nick founded EMCAR Environmental Solutions—a land clearing and management company—where he discovered a new passion: helping clients realize the potential of their properties. That passion ultimately led him into commercial real estate.

At Pointe South, Nick brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to every deal. His background in environmental solutions, coupled with his hands-on land development experience, allows him to see possibilities others may overlook. Whether working with investors, developers, or private landowners, Nick offers strategic guidance grounded in market insight, integrity, and a deep respect for the land.

Outside of real estate, Nick is a devoted husband, father, and conservationist who enjoys spending time in the outdoors and continuing his family’s legacy of stewardship.
